FAQ -Shipping And Returns

 

Shipping: All of our products ship within 2 weeks of order. 

Returns: Returns are accepted as long as the items were not used or washed within 30 days of receipt of items. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 7-10 days,  you will receive an email when your order ships. Since we make a lot of what we sell on the fly, it can take a little longer than some other types of things you order online.

Can I wash my stuff? YES! We professionally print everything and it is heat set in a commercial dryer. Although our inks are very durable, do not use harsh detergents. 

Do you have workshops? Right now we are not offering any workshops, but if we get enough emails we can try. 

If I am in Austin, can I come visit your studio? Yes! You can schedule an appointment with us to come. We can't accommodate all requests, but will try our best.
